The auditioning actors all share lineage in Spanish-speaking, Latine backgrounds, but their comprehension of Spanish varies. The auditions end with each actor screaming an insult with a cachetada-- a slap. The video transitions into a blank background and the word "cachetada" on the screen. Behind the curtain, two performers' shadows stand across each other. A slow stream of Spanish insults display, with one performer shouting the words and the other slapping the first performer across the face.
